Easy Recipe Caribbean Pepper Shrimp

This recipe is super and quick to cook- solid side dish satisfying- perfect – shrimps lover this is for you!

100 grams Shrimps (cleaned)
120 grams red bell pepper
30 grams Scallions sliced
¼ cup Vegetable oil (for frying)
1 Clove Garlic
1/8 teaspoon Cajun
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
1/8 teaspoon Black ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt

1. Heat the pan and put the vegetable oil.
2. Fry the shrimps for 1 – 2 minutes until lightly brown on each side.
3. Set aside the shrimps in the pan and remove excess oil by using a paper towel to absorb.
4. Put the onions and lightly mix for thirty seconds.
5. Then follow the bell pepper, add the garlic, gently stir them and cook for one minute, do not overcook.
6. Combine the shrimps with the vegetable and gently stir.
7. Season with Cajun, salt, paprika, and ground black pepper.
8. Toast gently and allow the flavors to come together.
9. For the best to eat, serve it in warm – go with plain or fried rice or noodles… voilà!!
