Hungarian Goulash (Beef Stew)

Goulash is originated in Hungary as a delicious beef stew (or soup) with a rich paprika seasoned broth. This delightful dish is warm and comforting, perfect for a cold-weather day.

Serve the stew with a side of bread to sop up any broth left in your bowl. There’s more; it can serve as a sauce to the pasta.
This Hungarian stew is perfect for warming from autumn, winter, and fresh spring. My first taste of goulash was in Austria with my husband, of course, and as always, it is so delicious, and I decided to add it to my cooking list.
An easy recipe even you wait a little longer to tender the meat, hold on there the longest, the yummier. Those tender beef chunks simmered with onion, garlic, tomato sauce, savory beef broth, and those magical fragrant spices powder that adds up the perfection to your tongue down to your hungry stomach. This stew filled your house with the aromas, and probably your neighbor can smell it too.
