Skinless Baked Chicken Legs

I love how quick this to baked it delicious and straightforward.

Chicken is so easy to get creative with and is one of the most versatile meats out there!

2 chicken legs
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
and more salt to scrub the chicken leg

1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
2. Remove the chicken skin and take off excess and visible fat.
3. Combine all seasonings onion powder, garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
4. Scrub each chicken leg with salt first, individual, then follow by the combined seasoning evenly.
5. Arrange them in the rack and bake for about 1 hour with the rack in the middle position uncovered. The meat is cooked when it separates easily from the bone.
6. Allow the chicken to cool down.
7. Serve with chili sauce and green vegetables or salad.
